West Coast Story
The West Coast Diet was developed by top Barbadian Chef Rhea Gilkes working with dieticians and personal trainers.
It was developed for two reasons:
1. Persons want to eat healthy, delicious meals every day. Whether they are on a doctor – recommended diet, or just want tasty, nutritious meals. Meal preparation can be tedious and the choices bewildering. Most people cite meal prep as the single greatest hurdle between them and their ideal diet. We want to help you!
Order from West Coast Diet today and eliminate worries.
2. Persons feel that healthy eating in Barbados must be very expensive
and consist of imported over-processed food. This is not so. Locally grown food like cassava, green bananas, yam, and sweet potato are nutrient rich low-calorie foods that are part of the traditional Caribbean diet.
We use healthy oils like avocado oil, virgin cold pressed coconut oil.
Every dish is made of carefully selected ingredients to give you the healthiest
choices AND best value for money.
